GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

– Your reservation is binding at the time of registration.
– For security reasons, an activity may be cancelled. In this case we will refund your payment.
– Inform your Club Activ supervisor if you have limited swimming skills or health problems.
– White water activities and canyoning are not suitable for pregnant women.
– We cannot be held responsible for valuables, contact lenses and glasses.
– Routes and prices are subject to change.
– Minimum age required.
– A Club Activ voucher is valid for 2 years.
– Accident insurance is the responsibility of the participant.
– Place of jurisdiction is Bolzano.
– In case of non-appearance at the booked date, the costs incurred for us can be charged.
– Persons impaired by medication, alcohol or drugs are excluded from the tour.
– Any action that takes place within our tours is voluntary. Each participant decides and acts on his own responsibility and therefore acts privately.
– These terms and conditions come into force implicitly from the moment of booking or starting to participate in our tours.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

– The participants must be in good health.
– During the tours the instructions of the accompanying persons must be followed.
– Our clients are being informed about risks and dangers.
– Participation in our tours is at the client’s OWN responsibility.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Before the start of each tour, Rafting Club Activ conducts a safety briefing with each participant, during which both physical and psychological conditions are assessed. Should any health issues, such as injuries, arise during the tour, they must be reported immediately to the organizer, Rafting Club Activ.

Please note: If you leave the event without notifying us of any health issues, the organizer assumes no responsibility for any damages or complaints that may arise afterward.
